'Guilty Pleasurez' were formed in June 2009 by ex Flairz and Limehouse Lizzy guitarist Greg Hart, along with his colleagues on keyboards & vocoder, the amazing Andy Stewart, and visionary drummer Mick Neaves both from Greg's band Moritz.
The idea was simply to put together a 'classic' sounding 1970s live 'hit machine'. Wishing not to be labelled 'glam', 'disco', or 'punk', they found a niche in the 'live scene', where no one appeared to be playing all those monster quality chart hits..or as the band now call it 'music for the Jackie generation'.. Jo Jingles provide fun, music and movement classes to children aged from 6 months to school age in the local area.
With an emphasis on fun, classes include singing and musical instrument playing. The songs mix traditional nursery rhymes and Jo Jingles specific songs which children learn and love. There are two different instruments each week, from bells, maracas and drums through to cymbals, tambourines and triangles. Lots of visuals and props are used again varying from beanbags to parachutes, and in the older classes laminated pictures are used to play...
