You can submit details of your event using an online form. The event details will be checked by the event administrator and once approved will appear in the calendar.
PLEASE NOTE: This form is for submitting a single event only. If you are a registered events manager, login at the bottom of the page to add a new event. If you would like to find out about becoming a regular events manager, please tick the box provided at the end of the form.
The form will ask for the following information. Please have this information to hand before continuing:
- The name of your event
- The date or dates the event occurs on (This could be a one day event, an event that occurs on a regular basis, e.g. every friday or the last sunday of the month, or a date range)
- The time of the event
- The venue name and address.
- Whether tickets are required, and how much the event costs
- A short description of the event
- The contact details of the event organiser, (organisation, contact name, telephone number, email address, website)
- The facilities the event/venue offers
- Any further details
In addition to the event information you can also provide:
- The option for visitors to submit a question to the event organiser. The question will be emailed to the event organiser with the visitor's email address and/or telephone number so that they can respond.
- An event brochure, either in PDF or Wicrosoft Word format. The file will be uploaded to the website, so that visitors can download it to find out more. Please have this file ready before continuing if you would like to include it.
- The option for visitors to register their interest in an event. This allows them to enter their contact details which will be available to you so you can update them with further details about the event.
